Youth Soccer Fun nights
Pre-K and Kinder athletes are invited to participate in three informal soccer fun nights on Tuesdays in February. Starting on February 10th and continuing the 17th and 24th from 6:30-7:15 pm, Pre K and Kinder athletes are invited to the MGS gymnasium.
Coach Chavarria's passion and knowledge is the perfect way for little kickers of Minneapolis to get started! The goal is to get players learning some skills and working towards mini-games. Regardless, athletes will be given the opportunity to run, play and have fun!
Cost: $25 per athlete for all three nights or

Youth Soccer Leagues
Youth Soccer Leagues
Minneapolis Rec, in cooperation with Bennington Rec, will be participating in a recreational youth soccer league this spring. Travel to Bennington will be required.
Teams and play dates will be determined and organized according to enrollment numbers and field availability. Last years changes in soccer play was well received so we will continue with the same age divisions and low key atmosphere for this season. 1st - 4th grades will be playing with an emphasis on FUN! We don't intend to order t-shirts for this season and thus costs will be lower. Teams will play in pinnies, provided by the Rec, on game days.
Play will begin in late March and will continue through the month of April. We are looking to schedule games for weeknights that aren't intrusive to the HS track team which frees up weekends for extra family time in the Spring!
Sign up DEADLINE is Feb. 22nd and late registration will end on Feb. 27th with a $10 fee.
